• You can make changes to your order prior to dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. 

• For hygiene reasons, products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• If the delivered products are broken, damaged, expired, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

• For claims of product damage, a proof of opening video is required, to be submitted within 2 days of delivery. The video must include the full unboxing process from start to finish (from opening the sealed box to showing the damaged product). 

• Claims without an unboxing video or claims submitted after 2 days of delivery will not be entertained.
